Then a couple of days ago when I turned on my computer, miraculously the little icon in the right-hand corner showed that both English and Japanese were and still are available to us. I have absolutely no idea why this feature is now working properly again after not having worked for a few weeks. I can only guess that gremlins are to blame.

Whatever the reason, I am glad it is working now, though I am, so far, not a big fan of Windows It seems to run more slowly than Windows 8.
